Leadership through Sport

While training for the Universities Boat Race, I was invited to coach the U14 novice boys’ rowing team at Somerset College. I managed all aspects of the team’s logistics, including a week-long rowing camp in Elgin, weekly bus trips to the dam, and coordination of weekend inter-school regattas.
